Repairs are made to restore functionality and extend wear, not necessarily to brand-new condition. Think of it as a little refresh for your favorite piece.

What’s not covered?
Some issues fall outside of Second Life: Large rips, holes, or shredded fabric Stains, burns, or bleach damage Discoloration from washing or sun exposure Damage from pets or third-party alterations Lost or missing items

How do I request a repair?
Simply fill out our Second Life Repair Form (https://forms.gle/F4pKCPv3J5HBrwrAA), upload photos/videos of the issue, and our team will confirm if it qualifies before you send the item.

How many times can I use Second Life?
There’s no limit. If your item qualifies, we’ll repair it as many times as needed — for life.

Which items are eligible?
All authentic Wear Ramé products are eligible, provided they are in wearable condition. We may ask for proof of purchase or photos/videos to confirm.

How long will the repair take?
Once we receive your item, repairs usually take 7–14 business days, plus return shipping time.
