# Will there be any additional custom duty fees when my order arrives?

For customers outside Indonesia, please be aware that your order might be subject to local charges.

### 🌎 Shipping Tax & Customs Thresholds
(from Indonesia → your country)
🇸🇬 **Singapore** – Up to **SGD 400** duty-free. GST (9%) applies.
🇲🇾 **Malaysia** – Up to **RM 500** duty-free. Above = 10% SST + duty.
🇹🇭 **Thailand** – Old **THB 1,500** duty-free threshold ending. All imports will be subject to duties/fees starting Feb 2026.
🇦🇪 **UAE** – Up to **AED 300** duty-free (courier). AED 3,000 (personal).
🇺🇸 **USA** – Old $800 rule ending. All imports will face duties/fees (from Aug 2025).
🇬🇧 **UK** – Up to **£135** duty-free. VAT always applies.
🇪🇺 **Europe (EU)** – Up to **€150** duty-free. VAT always applies.
🇦🇺 **Australia** – Up to **AUD 1,000** duty-free.
🇵🇭 **Philippines** – Up to **₱10,000** duty-free.
🇹🇼 **Taiwan** – Up to **TWD 2,000** duty-free. Above = 5% VAT + duty.
🇭🇰 **Hong Kong** – No duties or VAT (free port).

⚠️ **Note**: Taxes/duties may still apply depending on customs, shipping method, and product category. Unfortunately, we at Wear Rame have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Please note that Wear Rame cannot process refunds for parcels returned by the shipping company due to unpaid customs charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
