To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that it is initiated within 14 working days from the date you received your order. For a successful return, the items must be in unused condition, with the safety tags attached and the original packaging intact. Any items that have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please refer to the "How to Make a Claim" section for further instructions.

Indonesia has a high tax policy; thus, we only receive return packages from our logistic partner to avoid excessive taxes when receiving them. Please contact our customer support to get the address of our logistic partner based on your location.
It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference. Inside the package, please include the order number and exchange inquiry on a piece of paper to expedite the process.
The specific cost of return shipping varies depending on the country.
There's a $20 restocking fee for every order. This helps us manage the costs of processing returns and getting items back on our shelves. The amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
For an exchange, the difference will be given in the form of store credit
