Do you offer free exchanges?

There is no extra charge for the exchange however customer are subject to the shipping fees return.
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that it is initiated within 14 working days from the date you received your order.


EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY AND FEE FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE INDONESIA

As a growing small business, we are currently able to accept returns and exchanges from the countries listed below. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work on expanding our network to better serve you.
Due to high customs taxes in Indonesia, we have partnered with logistics companies in these countries to ensure that returned items are not taxed. Please note that returns sent via commercial logistics companies will not be accepted due to the high customs fees.

Return and Exchange Guidelines
- We only accept returns and exchanges from the specified countries listed below.
- Items must be sent using our partner logistics companies to avoid high customs fees.
- Returns via commercial logistics companies will not be accepted due to high customs fees.
- To minimize weight, please do not include the box.

Shipping Fees
- The shipping fees include both the return shipping to Indonesia and the shipping back of the exchanged package to the customer.
- These fees are charged to the customer.
