Can i exchange the item/my order?
Yes, you can exchange the item to another size, color, and/or another product that has same or above value.
Exchange with lower value of the original order, the difference will be given in the form of store credit
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that it is initiated within 14 working days from the date you received your order.
For a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Cleanliness: Free of perfume, body odor, deodorant, and washing powder.
Appearance: No make-up, tan marks, glitter, or pet hair.
Sale Status: Must not be on sale.
Any items that have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note Wear Rame has the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. In this case, the items will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered.
