Are returns free?

No, returns is not free and shipping is charged upon customer.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

If you wish to initiate a return, kindly click here to access our return form. Once you have submitted the form, please notify our customer support team. Upon receipt of your submitted form, we will reach out to you via a separate email, providing you with additional instructions.

(IMPORTANT) Please keep the following points in mind:

The cost of return shipping will not be covered and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Any returns received after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
Indonesia has a high tax policy; thus, we only receive return packages from our logistic partner to avoid excessive taxes when receiving them. Please contact our customer support to get the address of our logistic partner based on your location.
It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference. Inside the package, please include the order number and exchange inquiry on a piece of paper to expedite the process.
The specific cost of return shipping varies depending on the country.
There's a $20 restocking fee for every order. This helps us manage the costs of processing returns and getting items back on our shelves. The amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
For an exchange, the difference will be given in the form of store credit

To get a refund for a defect, just send us an unboxing video showing what's wrong when you open the package.
